RETURN POLICY
You can return any item purchased on leandre-lerouge.com within 14 working days from the delivery date by following the following instructions
- Log in to your customer area, and complete the return request, available on your order.
- Make sure the items are in their original condition and all tags are attached. otherwise, we will not be able to accept the returned merchandise or refund you.
- Prepare the package and stick the carrier label on the leandre-lerouge box (or any other rigid and sturdy cardboard box) above the previous delivery label.

We normally process returns within 3 working days of receipt in our warehouse. in busy periods this may require up to 7 working days. Once your refund has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that the return of items offered exclusively on leandre-lerouge.com must imperatively be done via our online system and cannot be accepted by our partner shops. Refunds will be made on items returned in accordance with the instructions above. In the event of anomalies, the package will be returned to you. Due to trade restrictions, all returns must be made from the same country where the order was placed. ARTICLE EXCHANGE
If you want to change the size or color of an item, you can do so free of charge within 14 days of the date the package was delivered. Log in to your customer area, and in your return message, indicate the size and color you want. We will then reserve your new item and ship it to the original delivery address as soon as we receive the returned item. You will receive shipment confirmation by email once the package has been handed over to the carrier. You can change the size or color of an item just once. However, you can still return the item by following the instructions in the return policy.

REFUNDS
The processing time for refunds varies according to the means of payment used.
Credit Card: Our bank will refund within 7 business days of sending the confirmation email. Then, the time required to re-credit your credit card will depend on the company issuing your card.
Paypal: the refund will be visible on your paypal account within 24 hours from the date of sending the confirmation email.
